@TotalMiss I did not notice that. I guess there was probably a spanking too. I simply goggled washing mouth out with soap to illustrate it.

@2brandon2 I had a church pastor like that. He never said why he would glare at me in that threatening way, but it was freaky. A parent sort of has a right to give warning looks when their own son/daughter acts up, but I wasn't even acting up.

@purplepen not sure but a pastor is supposed to not pass judgement.

@SW-User That was my wife's childhood. She swears a lot now but still won't swear around her parents.
