What do you dislike about yourself?

And are you doing anything about it

Physically? My body. I have already undergone conditioning for another three months.
Mentally/emotionally? My anxiety and major mood swings. I push through when I REALLY DON'T WANT TO and I catch myself when things start getting heavy.

Is it all working? Day by day, sure. The long run has yet to be seen.

There are so many things...the big one right now is my weight/fitness level. I’ve been trying to watch what I eat and to move more for the last few months but it hasn’t been enough so I’m really starting this weekend in earnest to eat more carefully and to get daily exercise.

I look very ugly but there's not much I can do because I am already born like this.

@somethingIsuppose You might be right. But fellows judge first of all in generally at looks. I've experienced it many times in my life.

But as I said: I have learned to live with that. :-)
