Do you think it is creepy to get a gift

From someone you don’t know and never talked to.
Like someone left a gift for my sister at the door it was a gift set of lotions and it says it is from someone named terry but she not know any terry she says.

Your sister is Fredericka Bimmel? The lotions were sent by Buffalo Bill. Tell that girl to run! And stay away from guys who need help getting a sofa into a van or else she will be rubbing the lotion on her skin or else it gets the hose again.
