Doesn’t anyone know what “good look” means?

I told a guy good look, as in good looking out, thanks for the heads up. Everyone got confused because they didn’t know what I meant... I thought good look was a well known phrase. Is it not?

I haven’t heard it phrased like that but I think I’d be able to infer that’s what you meant.
