If you were a vampire, what or who would be the type of people you'd go after to kill and eat?

I'd eat the terminally ill. I mean it would be difficult sneaking in and out of hospitals, but I reckon that'd be a way so I wouldn't feel so bad about what I did, either that or the odd homeless person now and then if I had no other choice.
