I usually drink 2 12oz cups, sometimes 3, of coffee everyday. A can of coke (soda) diluted with 'almost' 1/2 water but still keeping the taste. This helps to keep my water intake up and also spreads out my sugar intake for the day. And at least 1 16oz bottle of water and a 20oz bottle of a 'sports drink'. I weigh 135lbs.
