I have been struggling with CPTSD for 20 years now. I heard/read all sorts of motivational words, had so many types of treatments, so many medications and doses, so many changes in life... Nothîng is true or works for everyone except that those with more love in their lives tend to cope best eventually.

I've had some lovely blessings that gave me hope in the good that could be again :) 💕

Who I was yesterday, is not who I am today
and most likely who I am now will be gone tomorrow

and... that's not a bad thing (perspective) makes the biggest difference
