@Stark It's my favorite thing at an Ethiopian place. The center pile is kitfo. Raw or super rare beef with spices and spiced butter. The pile at 7 o'clock is greens called gomen. The pile at 6 o'clock is a type of cheese. I forget the name. The pile at 5 o'clock is spice. The whole thing is on injeera, a teff-flour crepe or pancake. Tear off bits of the injeera and grab up the stuff in the piles.
