Have you worked it out yet. I have. I use giphy.com
Type in their search engine what I want, click on gif,
On the right of gif is a list, click on,"Copy Link"
click in the box of gif link. copy link, ctrl and C at the same time.
back to SW,
click on top left box, after you have clicked on reply, click on URL/link,
Click in box, then ctrl, v. Final step, click,insert image
