I hate that when no one responds...

My mind instantly jumps to everyone hates me, I'm annoying, and that they don't want to talk.

Instead of being rational and thinking they are busy.

I'm done with my mind tonight.

@LifeInMyEyes One will need to learn Buddhist terms and how they understand them , otherwise you can't compare. From not Buddhist point of view , our western vocabulary and way we view things are counterproductive.
