Do you think parents have favorites?

Yes. I was recently told that I was the only one that was planned and I was the favorite. It made me feel terrible for my sibs

Yes, and Mom did let me know it often. Wasn't for many decades later that she let up.

Funny that it didn't affect me as some might think. I was the only one of four that took care of her before she passed away.

My parents keep saying they don’t have favorites. They keep saying that BS “we love you guys all the same but differently”. But my parents know that I’m their favorite. 😇🤓

While growing up my parents were telling me all the time I was their favorite........but later in life I found out they were telling all my siblings the very same thing.......talk about a letting the air out of the ballon.
