Do you use a vape?

I've started using one. I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes. I think this will help.

no neversmoked.. vaping causes lung damage as well. its irreversible called pop corn lung.

@SW-User Diacetyl is present in some e-cigarette flavors, and there's no proof yet that e-cigarettes can cause popcorn lung. However, I do agree that it's possible.

Also, what would you recommend for someone who is addicted to nicotine and is looking for way to stop smoking?

im not sure. my grandfather quit cold turkey after decades of smoking. do they still make those nicotine patches.. my grandfather quit by putting a piece of licorice in his mouth when he had cravings

@SW-User I've tried many things, and vaping is the only thing that has kept me away from cigarettes. With a vape, I can decrease the amount of nicotine over time.
