Whats a good Iodine supplement? I bought on Amazon something that I thought said you can consume it now that bottle arrived it says for minor cuts and

external use only... What , do you think, will happen if I drink it anyway?

Table salt is iodized , or stop by a good health supplement store and ask what they recommend from their inventory

Yes, this. Any decently stocked drug store should have an iodine supplement.
