Whats a good Iodine supplement? I bought on Amazon something that I thought said you can consume it now that bottle arrived it says for minor cuts and

Yes, this. Any decently stocked drug store should have an iodine supplement.

Oh. Thats not deadly. In fact the old army manuals would say do that to reduce radioactivity in water after a nuclear blast.... Dont know the safe dosage for that though
