How do you find out if a profile is fake?

You can reverse image search photos, yeah. It was easier on EP cos you could just directly save a person's profile picture or an image they posted. On SW if you try to do that, it saves as a 1x1 image file and you end up with just a single pixel. But you can still take a screenshot and then crop it, or you can use the page source to link you to the original image and save it that way.
