Ever been the victim of a dog attack?

@SW-User he has every right to self preservation, if he shoots the dog its the abusive owners fault for sicking it on him in the first place and the states fault for allowing them the dog, it is not the fault of the target of the attack. stop forcing your beliefs on rational people.

@SarahKeegan1 I was more concerned for the dog than myself. His eyes were shark black, nothing behind them. He didn't know love, ever.

These folk were always in strife with one authority or another. I guess the only excuse I have for not reporting them myself is how old I was at the time. Eight.

@Spokeskitties75 The RSPCA stepped in and decided that destroying the animal would be not the way to handle the situation. These awful people were also banned from owning dogs. Forever.
