It just feels like someone is twisting and stabbing your insides. Not a big deal
It varies. It can be a slight pain, sort of like...that annoying feeling/cramp when you reaaaaally need to poop but can’t. Or it can be a dull ache that feels like it’s in your bones, only it’s between your legs. Or it can be an INTENSE attacking pain that will just hit you siddenly and knock you right to the floor, literally lol. Or it can be a constant ache/cramp that hurts sooooo awfully bad and no matter what position you get in it won’t go away and you CANNOT get comfortable. It can feel like butcher knife stabbing you repeatedly in your lower left or right abdomen (ovaries), over and over and over again. It can feel like a back ache or hip ache. It can completely drain you of all energy so you feel as weak as if you had pneumonia or something. Or you can be just a little tired. Just depends!!

Depends. It can range from feeling constipated for a week to a charlie horse across your stomach and down your thighs. Everyone is different, there's no one experience that covers them all

I am blessed that I don't get the cramps. I do feel like crying often though. Now some women have cramps but I'm lucky. It is different for every woman.

Personally I experience almost no pain at all from periods but I don't menstruate normally so that's probably why.

What is painful to one is not to another. The greatest pain you have felt is equal to the greatest pain someone else has felt.
Pain is subjective, yours, mine and everyone else's. Avoid questioning the pain others experience and instead focus on how you can empathize with them.

It differs for each woman.
Personally I take prescription meds for the pain because without them I get nauseous, dizzy, see white, sometimes vomit and eventually pass out from the pain.
