Why isn't chocolate considered a vegetable, if chocolate comes from cocoa beans, and all beans are a vegetable?

@abe182 yes. But what does that mean for vodka that's made from potatoes or wine from grapes?

@Lilarianna wine is definitely a fruit juice but I have to draw the line at vodka! Potatoes are starches not vegetables.
