If someone had a horrific accident and couldn't remember you would you move on with your life without them?

Second part...what if you had moved on before the accident but that person now thinks you are their significant other.

Hypothetical question because this would never happen in real life, right? :)

Second part: if I had already moved on but this person has the belief that we’re still together I’d try and help them remember the missing pieces - but I wouldn’t pretend like were still together.

It’s a hard choice- even if it’s hypocritical
