If someone had a horrific accident and couldn't remember you would you move on with your life without them?

Second part...what if you had moved on before the accident but that person now thinks you are their significant other.

Hypothetical question because this would never happen in real life, right? :)

1. SO or family no... A friend or acquaintance, I'd make every effort, but if no positive response, yes. Remembering is quite different than not wanting your presence in their life. One must always remember that if and when a person changes due to an accident it impacts everyone in their life.

2. Awkward...at best.... You have no control over others, only yourself. Let them down as easy as possible, but if you've moved on, be a friend, but keep on your path.

Anything can and usually does happen. For most it is hypothetical, but for a few, it likely is very real.
