Sorry to hear that, I haven't self-harmed but I understand what for example depression is like, I've thought about it years ago but didn't though I have my own vices. I think that lasting that long shows a lot of strength.

You fucked up. It happens. Find out what caused it, then try to notice the signs next time and do something other than that to release tension. Other than that, don't be too hard on yourself. Just pick yourself back up and keep trying.

@Deadgirl Mhm, np. I gotta lot of experience with self-harm. Really, you just have to replace that negative addictive behavior with a positive behavior. As it is an addiction, all you have to do is resist for 2 minutes when you get the urge. It will pass after that. So, if you can distract yourself for that long, you're good.
