Fresh fish if the store has good clean fish, otherwise free-range chicken.

@cherokeepatti lol sounds like the chicken has great freedom before its Death , kinda sucks for the chicken , wait a min ! don't we live kinda like that too ?

@FurryFace Better than raising the chickens in a building with no room to walk, and never see sunshine or eat fresh grass....they will pull each other's feathers out in frustration till they have bald spots.
