@WoodyAq Nope. Democracy makes no such assumption. Besides what you think is intelligence someone else thinks is foolishness and what they think is intelligence you think is foolishness. That is the democratic way. Your thinking is dangerous in the extreme. Who will determine what is 'intelligent' and from that to who is 'intelligent' enough to vote. All good dictatorships start out with ideals like that.
