Do I have to pick just one? Hmmm maybe a trait that encompasses a lot of what I desire in another...not being a complete and total jerkoff comes to mind.

Seriously though, heart, man. They have to have heart. Passion for the life they have and/or the life they’re striving for is something that says a lot about a person.

@Nat15 We used to use that term to describe the level of danger on a job, but now, it seems applicable to people who don't have any sense of humor whatsoever. They could probably break wine goblets when they fart.
