Is it true that you won't gain weight no matter how many vegetables and fruits you eat?

Not true at all.
Fruits have a natural sugar and you have to eat it in limited amounts.
Some kinds of vegetables are starchy and have to be eaten in limited amounts.
Certain greens with high fiber, sure, you can eat in plenty.
