Hated for being top sales person

I work at a Fortune 500. Only female in the sales development department. I am also the top performer. My colleagues dislike me a lot. Super disrespectful, disagree with me at every chance they get - try to make me look bad etc.. it sucks because I'm pretty sure a promotion depends on these people liking me. My boss likes to say a true leader brings brings people up. Really struggling with how to get there considering the circumstances. Any tips ?

as a salesperson you’ve probably heard of the “winners, losers and spectator” theory? Losers are always trying to bring down the winner and misery likes company ... keep closing those deals!
