Hated for being top sales person

I work at a Fortune 500. Only female in the sales development department. I am also the top performer. My colleagues dislike me a lot. Super disrespectful, disagree with me at every chance they get - try to make me look bad etc.. it sucks because I'm pretty sure a promotion depends on these people liking me. My boss likes to say a true leader brings brings people up. Really struggling with how to get there considering the circumstances. Any tips ?

You know what they say ... "cry all the way to the bank". In sales, your paycheck depends on your sales and top producers often make more than their bosses. I have been there. Mellowed with age and in a different line of work now but I remember those days. Cash the paychecks and soldier on.
