Have you ever been outside your comfort zone?

Yes! Oneif the reasons I decided to work for hospice, was because it was so far removed from my comfort zone. Win-win situation.

I felt violated. My comfort zone is being completely alone isolated from everyone.

I am all the time. It's uncomfortable.

My comfort zone is being drunk in my bed. I am constantly out of it, and I don't like it.

My comfort zone is on my bed wrapped in my blankets. Outside of that is The Danger Zone.
