I just saw the darnedest thing on TV.

Folks apparently were mad that Mr.Olsteen's church didn't open it's doors during a flood...But those same people wouldn't be caught dead at a church when the weather outside isn't frightful.

If we Christians are so terrible, why do you all run to our buildings for safety? Go ask "the universe" for help.

And those who don't go to conferences should avoid the conference centre during these disasters? Non-sports fans, sports facilities?

@donontario As so many like to say "the church and the government have no right to be hand in hand". So why do so many expect us to be when disaster strikes?

Why should we keep begging people to listen to the word, only to be made fun of, spit on, and labeled insane? Why should we keep caring about you?

If he had wanted to convert people 'beg them to hear the word', then what would be considered common sense would have been to open the doors. Mr.Olsteen is a hypocrite and does not live, it is apparent, by the christian values he expounds upon.

@donontario first off, it isn't man that converts.

And you're not answering my questions. Why do you all expect us to keep holding our hands out to you when all you've done is slap them away?

Why do you get to say what we do when, any other time, you want nothing to do with us?

We're the ones volunteering to feed the homeless on a regular. We're the ones donating books, clothes, baby food and another plethora of items to people around the world. But that all gets ignored because you want to argue.
