How do I keep Eye contact when someone friends or who ever give some conversation?

I usually try to look away from time to time i get kinda embarrassed or weird when i keep long eye contact when having a conversation.

Yes, pick a spot between their eyes and study it in great detail. Just remember to try and follow the conversation while you do it. And do look away from time to time so you can smile or frown at the appropriate times! Lol

abood3003 I know this sounds ignorant but it depends how interesting what they are telling me is or if they are boring me stupid
