I don't usually feel like cooking when I get off at 11PM, and pull into one of my spots between 1140 to Midnight.
So I typically eat beef sticks.
I bought 12 pounds of it and a bunch of smoked cheese on my last weekend off at Rural King, in Beaver Pa.
I don't always eat the cheese, the 2 pound bags of Beef Sticks cost 7.99, while the cheese was 2.99, so it isn't a everynight cheese fest. I don't know how well the beef will do once frozen as far as eating it goes. Might just be something I toss in when making ramen, or wait till apring to finish it off. It's perfectly fine now temlerature wise, only seen a few mornings in the 30s.
It's a seven day workweek for me, day five, then after that I'll find a place outside of town in the wild where I can cook and watch TV. I do that at least once a week to reset.
