Does anyone actually enjoy managing?

Cause I can’t imagine anyone else liking it other than people that are on a power trip?

Can I get a different perspective?

Feels like babysitting to me 🤮

Kiss asses and power trippers mostly.

Mamaging sucks. It's just usually slightly better than being managed. But it sucks ass because to really secure your job, you basically have to simp for the employer and screw your fellow employees. You can try and mitigate it which is cool, but at the end of the day your whole position is to wage a battle on the employees for the benefit of the owner. That's your job.

Really though....
Everything about traditional employment sucks balls.
