Does anyone actually enjoy managing?

Cause I can’t imagine anyone else liking it other than people that are on a power trip?

Can I get a different perspective?

Feels like babysitting to me 🤮

I manage interns so it even more feels like babysitting. I have responsibilities, I’m also responsible of their mistakes. Interns do tons of mistakes everyday 😂 i have to TRIPLE CHECK EVERYTHING. some days im like are they motherfucking dumb or are they just learning ?
I think if you manage a team of competent and independent employees all should be ok

@MethDozer Honestly they have a good pay for interns. But that’s possible. When I was an intern I wanted to learn and be super skilled so that I wouldn’t struggle later. Hell I even learned how to code to impress my managers… Im a web marketer 😂 not even a web developer

@MethDozer Let me correct myself, they have a [b]good pay[/b]… Intern or not. Reason why I’m saying this is because they earn 200 bucks less than the guys who are not interns in the company :)
We’re dealing with adults who are about to get their masters degrees
