Does anyone actually enjoy managing?

Cause I can’t imagine anyone else liking it other than people that are on a power trip?

Can I get a different perspective?

Feels like babysitting to me 🤮

I enjoyed managing the employees I hired. But I'm good at finding people who are self sufficient. There were employees I inherited with serious performance issues. That sucks.
