kinda sad to know that of all the friends in your circle, you're often the last one to know about what's happening around you..

it's like, you're the forgotten one, just an afterthought.

This sounds like me when I used to believe I had a circle of friends myself, until I realized that they were all actually my sister's friends and I was just sorta there. If I wasn't her sister, they wouldn't pay me any mind other than thinking I was attractive (at the time, anyway lol.)

But what you said here:

It's not you, it's them. They're supposed to be your friends and if they're leaving you out of the loop, it's you who shouldn't trust them. People just suck. It's enough to make one doubt if friendship is even real.
