Say around Oakland California really. It's about 500 miles north of San Diego.
San Diego is far warmer. I went to school in San Diego county. Heck even LA is far warmer further north.
Seen it as high as 35° c. (95°f) In San Diego. Far higher inland.

@DeWayfarer Lake Tahoe Nevada is further west than San Diego. (Weird geography fact ).

@DeWayfarer bc of its elevation , Tahoe gets very cold at night . Even in summer. SF coast stays cool bc the pacific .

@DeWayfarer l was likely in Hemet then. A few years ago. Now I'm southeast of there. Last year hit 122°f.😖
