I like rich people moving in. I don't like poor people being priced out. Gentrification is only good if it's accompanied by an increase in housing density to counteract the affect on property values.
And even in cases of gentrification done wrong, I still don't blame the wealthy individuals moving in, unless those people are also against upzoning and alternative transportation.
