I astral projected again!

This time i knew what was happening and had much more control. At first my mind was all over the place then calmed my self, and rolled out of my body. It only seems to work when i dont try lol. I went places, saw others! We talked! I learned somethings and remeber more than before. Theres a beautiful purple sky out there!

@assemblingaknob you need to use meditation for that. This ability is related to third eye, to be able to forget body like you r sleeping but be aware like you r totally awake, this is done by pineal gland. now most of the people use partly sleep and part intention (which again is subconsciously telling mind to remain awake)(wake back to bed method is really good one). If your attention is really one pointed in meditation you can leave body with full awareness just sitting there meditating, but since that is hard for everyone to do, i recommend using mix of meditation and sleep, rather than intention and sleep. @Om2014 thats usually how it happens for me when i dont intend to. I meditate everyday. Im fully into metaphysics and it has dramatically changed my life. Iv tried projection a few times before but it seems like if you concentrate to hard it doesn't work. I have to not try haha

@GuyWithOpinions sounds great. Have you tried meditation before sleeping, speciallly if you wake up one hour before you regular duration of sleep, focus on third eye and try to maintain awareness in that area (keep pushing sleep away while meditating) and then after minimum half an hour of doing that, lie down and this time allow yourself to sleep while meditating..
Works every time. Just that waking up 1 hr before sleep is important, if you sleep too less you wont be able to meditate and if you wake up too late, you wont get sleep after meditation. There is a sweet balance if you hit it right, it works evertime.
