@hunkalove It is a park where you show up and pay to drive them. So, you are on their land in their tank that you paid to drive. I am sure they would give you lessons, but I seriously doubt you would need a license. @HumanEarth Now if you are from Wisconsin I bet they would want you to have water hazard insurance and a rabies test beforehand.
