@Wraithorn: Going to Spanish lessons enabled us to make friends and they are English, Danish, German, Dutch, Finnish, Spanish, French the most cosmopolitan place you could hope to find.
We also went to dancing lessons to dance the seviana, the wife has a flamenco dress and I have the complete cowboy outfit.
The Spaniards are very happy to accept people who appreciate and join in with their
way of life.

@Walter1946: Ah yes, that is the key isn't it ? Joining in with their way of life and adapting. A lesson that many Muslim immigrants in certain parts of our planet would do well to remember.

@Wraithorn: Yes, it makes me mad they way they expect people to change to suit them.

@Loretta78: Unfortunately it is quite a dangerous place to visit these days, was a wonderful place to live and work. My cousin was murdered 2 years ago in a good suburb in Johannesburg. Very sad.
