Where's the most dangerous city you've ever visited?

@aqua59: I wasn't too far away from the flash point of the L.A. riot and you could FEEL the energy change. I'll never forget sitting on my roof and watching the fires. It was a trippy time. I remember a couple of days after it settled down I pulled up to a stop light and there were some brothers, clearly bangers, in the car next to me. We looked at each other and one of them flashed the peace sign. I did the same. Pretty cool.

@Ynotisay: Lived out in the San Fernando Valley not too far from some of the disturbances there. The one thing that sticks in my mind was the eerie silence because of the curfew. Little to no traffic noise.

@aqua59: It was a weird time. I was in Hollywood and seeing armed store owners was a trip. No desire to go through that again.

@exexec: I went to Acapulco and it was awful. tons of beggars. I did not eel safe at all
