Yeah. It's a place, wasn't all that different from the Northern side of the border. Be careful not to get caught up by the law there, it can become a nightmare. And don't flash money around, as one should always be careful about when travelling.

@Geagle: remember drink only bottled wated, and make sure it hasn't been opened, they do refill bottles with tap water, and also do not take drinks with ice cubes in them
