Any Canadians ever been to Tobermory or Manitoulin Is. Ontario

I'm an American who once visited Tobermory many years ago . Drove through an Amish area on the trip, visited Flowerpot Island (home to many garter snakes) and took a cruise around the island. Our kids got certificates for taking turns steering the boat. It was all fun.

I worked with a guy in construction supply who was an Ojibwe from Manitoulin Island... Morris Pitawanakwat (translates to "between the clouds"). Nicest person you'd ever want to meet.
