@jshm2 DEI is all about promoting the least qualified and expecting mass success. I really don't care what anyone's skin tone is nor do I care about their plumbing. I do care about their competence. A friend of mine almost crashed his airplane because the mechanic forgot to secure the propeller adequately. At 3000 feet agl the propeller flew off and buddy had to land on a narrow little road. He and the airplane survived but the mechanic lost his mechanic's ticket. Can't have that level of incompetence and still work on airplanes.
