Most of the places I been to went I alone. Including to Germany at 14. My second time to Mexico I went alone. To most of the 40 states that I have been in, I went alone.
The acceptions where few. Definitely less than 33% of the time.

If I were to go anywhere it would be my father's and mother's respective countries, the Czech Republic and Romania. I didn't get to go there. I was supposed to though.

@IAmJess I have no idea now. I was 14, at the time. And being alone was one of the reasons I couldn't go there. Both were behind the iron curtain then.
I did have Visas on my passport for both. Yet no parent to cross the iron curtain, which was as well required for anyone under 18.
