I did most of my traveling solo. I prefer traveling alone. I have been to over 30 countries by myself. Altogether 44

@empanadas Awesome. This is what I want to start doing. Is there one particular place you recommend first over others?

@IAmJess i would say go to the more tourist friendly places first until you work you with becoming more comfortable traveling alone. Western Europe is a good place to start as a solo traveler. Im a male, so there are challenges that you might face as a woman that i wouldn't. Always keep aware of your surroundings

@empanadas yes yes, head on a swivel kinda thing. People have been telling me that.

Europe is very near the top of my list... Thinking either Iceland or Greece.

@IAmJess iceland is an amazing place to start as a solo traveler. During the winter time you can see the northern lights and tour companies will give you a free tour until you see it, if you dont see it the first time. Greece is beautiful but it has it's own problems. You are better off going to Iceland anytime of the year.
