Have you ever just packed a suitcase, jumped in the car and headed out? No destination in mind, no reservations. I took a three week trip like that a few years back. No stress and so relaxing.

No,not where i packed a suitcase, but i have many times just drove for hours not knowing where i was going and have came across some really cool places in my state of Ohio that i never been to before. :)
