We travel several times per year, mostly visiting places in our country. I think its good to know your own country before going abroad often.
MrAverage1965 · 61-69, M
A couple of times each year but I have not been outside Europe yet.
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@MrAverage1965 I have my very first trip to Europe booked for May.

I'm a freight train driver, so every trip is traveling. But I don't try to pull the sov cit script of 'traveling not driving' lol I don't really go on vacations either domestically or internationally, and my last trip out of Australia was to the USA in 1997 when I didn't have any kids so could justify the cost. Now in 2024 travel (esp international) is almost in the realm of the wealthy only post-Covid.

More than I should but not enough of where I really want to travel to

For work almost daily

@Justafantasy I'm a freight train driver so travel is part of the job. Nothing international obviously as Australia is an island.
But outside of work, I don't travel as I can't afford holidays/vacations.

@zonavar68 I drive truck for a living so same deal. Being in Canada I travel to the US work wise regularly. The vacation part is rare, I do take little breaks on the road and see cool stuff now and then but not that often
BridgeOvertroubledWaters · 61-69, M

I did a lot when I was younger. Now I'm kind of a cyborg with lots of health issues. Nothing debilitating but enough to keep me from depending on other countries healthcare.

Only 2-3 times a year.
