What part of travelling do you like most and dislike most?

For me the worst part of travelling is the anxiety I get the hours leading up until i leave my house to go to the airport, the check in process, and the plane taking off. my anxiety gets so bad that I actually make myself ill. And tonight I’m flying so this morning was the first time that I went to the doctor to get something and he gave me 3 lorazepam.

The part I like the best about travelling is sitting on the beach and going to restaurants all day every day

Flying is by no means the only way to travel.

The few flights I have taken were within the UK and for work purposes, but I enjoyed the flight itself, lasting roughly an hour. The drive to the airport and long, tedious wait and over-priced refreshments within the airport, were a drag.

I enjoy rail travel provided I have a reasonably comfortable seat and view out of the window - some trains now are very cramped and some services can be very crowded. Waiting for a train can be tedious, and delays worrying if the journey will include a connection to another service. (The last delay affecting my service was caused by some useless louts having placed an obstruction on the track. Among the biggest causes of delays on Britain's railways is trespassing, itself illegal, but including trespassing for criminal intent and suicide.)

Driving? Whether a pleasure or pain depends on the journey and conditions. On one journey I make sometimes, I avoid well over a hundred miles of very busy motorway by a longer, slower but far more pleasant detour on the ordinary roads.
