My GF came back from NYC yesterday! Woohoo! Slight delay on the flight though after being there three days longer than she had originally planned for

GF: My flight’s delayed 30 minutes, so I won’t get to LA until after midnight now. This is the worst 😭

Me: Spare a thought for the astronauts who took the new Boeing spacecraft up to the ISS on June 5th for an 8 day mission, and because a Boeing does what a Boeing does, they’re still stuck up there today with no word on the return flight date.

GF: 😶

@GeistInTheMachine Apparently NASA gave up on the Boeing Starliner as a return option, so they’re working out alternative travel plans now.

@Zaphod42 Good! We all need to follow suit and bypass Boeing and hopefully one day better craft are made and they are forever left in the dust and their employees can transfer to a unionized aviation job. They can manage Boeing better that that ceo criminal.
